How it works
Four steps, in this order

Bind pallet to rack
Tags are written at receiving with the item, batch and location, and matched to the shelf tag on storage.

Read at every node
Fixed antennas at the gates, vehicle-mounted readers on forklifts, handhelds for counts.

Alarm on mismatch
Putting a pallet on the wrong rack triggers an alert at the terminal rather than a discovery weeks later.
- 04
Verify at the exit
Only approved pallets pass the delivery gate cleanly; unregistered movement raises an event and a log entry.
